Privacy policy

The short version: we use what you send us to answer you, price the job and get it scheduled. We don't sell it. We only share it with our builder partner when your job is going to them.
Who we are
404 Pro Partners is a small, family-run repair business in Newnan, Georgia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean 404 Pro Partners. You can reach us any time by text or phone at (770) 695-3064.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: your name, phone number or email, town, whether the job is for your home or a rental, what needs fixing, and whether the home was built before 1978.
- Your text-message choice: whether you ticked the box that lets us text you, when you ticked it, and which version of that wording you saw.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the website that sent you (if your browser shares it), and ad or campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as
utm_source, Facebook'sfbclidor Google'sgclid. While you browse, your own browser keeps these in a tab-only storage area that clears when you close the tab. - Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you fill out one of our instant forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us what you entered there, usually your name, phone number, email and your answers to our questions.
- Basic technical records: like most websites, our server keeps short-term logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and stop spam.
- Anything you text, email or tell us about the job, including photos.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, ask follow-up questions and give you a price.
- To schedule the work, send before-and-after photos and keep a record of the job.
- To know which ads and posts bring in real requests, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
- To keep spam and abuse out of our inbox.
Text messages
We only text you about your request if you ticked the box on our form, or if you texted us first. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP or call (770) 695-3064 for help. We don't send marketing blasts, and we don't share your number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it.
- Our builder partner: some jobs need a permit or a licensed trade, like electrical, plumbing, heating and air, gas, roofing or structural work. When your job is going to our licensed builder partner, we share the details they need to contact you and quote it: your name, contact info, town and the job description. We only do this when your job is being routed to them.
- Service providers that help us run the business, like our web host and email provider. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.
- If the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
Ads and measurement
Right now this site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we turn on Meta's measurement tool for our Facebook and Instagram ads, we will update this page first to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep job requests and job records for up to three years after our last contact with you, so we have a history if you call us again and for our tax and business records. Requests that never turned into a job, and spam, are deleted sooner. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
How we protect it
Your information is stored on a secured server that only we can sign in to, and the website uses an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so we collect only what we need to do the job.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, fix it, or delete it. Text or call (770) 695-3064 and tell us the name and phone number or email you used. We'll confirm when it's done. We may keep a short note that you asked us not to contact you, so we don't contact you by mistake.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home or rental. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
